Dear Friends – Am also working in Satyam for more than 3 years, and ofcourse this is one of the best companies to work with. Dont run behind money. We need peaceful work atmosphere and freedom which we get here. Also certainly the deserved associates get nice increament and awesome roles.

There should be minimum courtesy towards employees. Satyam has literally no value for associate. Joining or not is your personal choice but this company is for those who want some job to survive tats all. There are people who work 23hrs a day (1hr for shit and bath). and i will show people do shit for 23hrs and stay 1Hr in office. This is just for freshers but not for experienced and tose who expect respect & value from company.
About appraisals?? – that is very rudiculous. Shame on each and every HR person from Satyam and concerned teams. Satyam reached a top position but this never values own employees.
    Satyam employees are labor types.

I understand the anguish among Satyam employees. But try to understand that the scenario is the same with the entire IT industry. From what I read, I understand that you are not getting increments, but at least you are not asked to leave. Imagine the condition of others who are laid-off. You are far better placed than them.

Hey first of all clear your sem & try to attend the stayam interview after that you think about worrying about the company. People will say like this… but your moto is to learn some thing from the company which pays you a single rupee for your work you are doing…. But you should not talk about that company where you are getting your bread.
So try to be polite at this age after getting some IT experience open your mouth.
