Gorilla Logic has released FlexMonkey 1.0 GA which it claims to be a de facto standard for automated functional testing of Flex applications. After eight months of maturing in a beta status, FlexMonkey is now available for production use by developers and quality assurance professionals everywhere. 

Web Security Dojo is a web application security lab with tools, targets, and training materials built into a Virtual Machine(VM). It is an open source project built on Ubuntu and hosted at SourceForge. It is available in three flavors: a Virtualbox VM, VMWare VM, and a build script which can be used on a standard Ubuntu 9.10 install to produce the Dojo. It is available free of cost.

Parasoft has announced the new release of Parasoft C++test, an integrated solution for automating a broad range of best practices proven to increase software development team productivity and software quality for C and C++. In this new release, Parasoft significantly expands the scope of C++test with the introduction of integrated runtime memory analysis that is suitable for both enterprise and embedded development.

ScalaTest is an open-source testing framework that aims to speed up tests by leveraging the Scala programming language.  ScalaTest 1.0, released today claims to reduce the amount of test code lines required in testing. This reduction in code lines is a product of Scala, an object-oriented language that compiles to Java bytecode and runs on the Java Virtual Machine.
