ActivePython open source language distributions for Mac OS

ActiveState on Tuesday 7th June announced the release of its ActivePython open source language distributions for Mac OS X v10.4 “Tiger.” They’re available for download from ActiveState’s Web site.

ActivePython includes the Python core, the core extensions zlib and bzip2 for data compression, the bsddb database library, and the Tix GUI widgets for Tkinter.
